Thank you for shopping with Retro Riches Tees. Below is our complete shipping policy to help you understand how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Processing & Printing
All orders are custom printed on demand through our trusted fulfillment partner, Printify. Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing and printing before shipment. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Time & Methods
Once your order has been fulfilled, it will ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your delivery location. Estimated delivery times are:

International: 10–30 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and size. We continually review carrier rates to ensure our customers receive the most cost-effective shipping options.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in item prices or shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure about these costs.
5. Addresses & PO Boxes
We currently cannot ship to PO boxes. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order, as incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or result in the package being returned to us.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided by email.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist you in contacting the carrier and filing a claim. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-delivery, reshipment fees will apply.
7. Shipping Delays
We do our best to meet estimated delivery times; however, occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.
